Due to the lack of Judicial independence in Cameroon, that the transfer of Anglophones from common law jurisdictions to the law of the Napoleonic code adversely affect the rights of the people of Southern Cameroons. On the 31st of march 2005, The secretariat of the African commission handed over two copies of the decision on admissibility and the various submissions from the complainant to the to the delegation of the respondent State that Visited the office of the secretariat  on the same date. With the advantages given to Southern Cameroonians and the continious struggle against la Republic of Cameroon, SCAPO as a registered political party and main plaintiffs of all the succesful case files against La Republique du Cameroon.
     The case Communication 266 the most important case filed against our illegal colonial masters La Republique has been declared Admissible by the African commission. Communication 266 has the final say to our worries the case against our colonizers is not a battle of gun shot but a mental battle that Our formal colonial masters neglected. With this effect the National Chairman of SCAPO, Augustine Feh Ndagam invites all the pressure groups to manage their political differences and decide on the Faith of Southern Cameroons. Let's bring our resources together work like a family and follow the plaintiffs to Banjul. SCAPO, SCNC, SCYL, And other groups let's give our heroes our supportive hands to face the final verdict of our faith.
      Pressure Groups have formed Governments for Southern Cameroons we are not fighting to be leaders, but for the freedom of Our beloved Country Southern Cameroons. This is not a social media battle, Africa was declared free from the hands of colonial masters and not just the white colonial masters Africa was declared free and Southern Cameroon is not an exception. We are the force of Argument and not the argument of false.
